Welcome to Kyrov Borzoi's home on the web!
I bought my first Borzoi, Nicholas Chase the Wind, when I was eighteen
in 1979. I used all my College book money to buy him, much to my parents'
dismay. I showed and lure coursed him with limited success. He was a wonderful
ambassador because he sure made me fall hard for the breed.
After studying the breed and showing for twelve years, I decided to venture
into breeding. In the past 24 years I have had the great good luck to
achieve many successes with the Kyrov line. Kyrov dogs have influenced
several breeding programs and contributed to many well respected lines.
